Description: Stand Up Paddle (SUP) Yoga is the practice of yoga on a stand up paddle board. SUP yoga is a way to connect with nature while focusing on breath and alignment. These classes are for all levels and follow an arc of opening awareness, warm-up stretches, balancing poses, inversions, grounding poses, relaxation, and a cold plunge.

Class Outline
Today’s class was a little different because it was it was so cold and windy at 9:30 in the morning. So, I started with yoga on the beach to get folks warmed up and to demo the poses. Then, we moved to the stand-up paddle boards to continue the practice.
