This is my first time teaching SUP yoga! This class provides an introduction to SUP yoga and focuses on grounding poses to build confidence and stability on the water.

Description: Stand Up Paddle (SUP) Yoga is the practice of yoga on a stand up paddle board. SUP yoga is a way to connect with nature while focusing on breath and alignment. These classes are for all levels and follow an arc of opening awareness, warm-up stretches, balancing poses, inversions, grounding poses, relaxation, and a cold plunge.
