3rd Chakra Fire Yoga
A 15 minute asana sequence to build inner fire and strength. I wrote and taught this sequence as part of my yoga instructor training certification.
This 15 minute asana sequence was developed as part of my instructor training program. This sequence is designed to cultivate inner fire and strength, and the playlist was created to evoke images of fire. For the warrior flows, hold each pose for 3 deep inhales and exhales, the flow between the two on the inhale and exhale. For warrior II, touch the tip of the ring finger to the tip of the thumb for Surya mudra to aid in opending the solar plexus chakra.
