Hi! I'm Rayna. Welcome to my website! I started practicing yoga regularly during graduate school (I have a Ph.D. in Molecular Biology) as a tool for stress relief and overall well-being. I deepened my knowledge through a 200-hour Hatha Yoga Teacher Training in 2023, and I have been teaching yoga indoors and outdoors ever since. My style is playful with a blend of stretching, strength training, balance, breath-work, and meditation.
